Refund Policy
Will not refund on irises but will replace plants if order not received or plants received in poor condition.
All plants will be freshly dug, wrapped and posted promptly so should arrive in good condition.
No refund on soap products.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made via direct deposit into account MD & V Roberts, BSB 802 126 Account Number 4256 OR
By cheque or Money Order payable to ‘Narromine Iris Farm’ and posted to ‘Villa Nova’ 471 Tomingley Road, Narromine NSW 2821 OR
On Line on website when ordering on line. OR
Over the phone by credit card – phone 02 6889 1885 or 0408 350 384.
Payment must be made in advance and include postage. Credit card will only be charged when order is dug.
Privacy Policy
Narromine Iris Farm only keeps personal information for the purpose of completing orders. No information is passed on to any third parties. Credit card details are destroyed after order is posted.
Delivery
Orders will be posted in order of receipt. Wherever possible, orders for plants are posted on Mondays to avoid having them held in the Post Offices over weekends. Orders are sent each week, usually within seven days of receipt of order unless we are directed to hold them over for posting on a particular date.
How to Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to contact the Iris Farm either by phone 02 6889 1885 or 0408 350 384 prior to order being processed.
